Refining Coastal High-Rise Living in Long Beach, CA
In this luxury residential tower by Ariel Fox Design for Holland Residential, interiors at Resa balance architectural clarity with warmth and approachability. Our FALCON | CHIFFON introduces layered, tonal movement across the double-height lounge, adding dimension without competing with the clean lines of the space. The pattern softens the scale of the volume while amplifying natural light, creating a setting that feels composed yet livable.
A Regionally Inspired Workplace for TIAA in Frisco, Texas
Designed by Corgan, TIAA’s 15-story corporate center reflects a nuanced interpretation of Texas’s varied topography. Within this layered workplace strategy, REEF | COOL GREY provides a restrained, textural backdrop that supports both focused work and collaborative exchange. Its organic linearity complements biophilic elements, curated art, and varied light conditions, reinforcing a people-centered environment designed for flexibility and long-term growth.
A Distinct Sense of Arrival at Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare
As part of the revitalization of Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare, designed by The Gettys Group, the lobby and gathering spaces were reimagined to feel modern, tactile, and distinctly rooted in place. The CLOSE RANGE mural, created for Astek, introduces depth and subtle movement that anchors the seating areas while harmonizing with warm finishes and sculptural forms. The result is a hospitality setting that feels intentional and welcoming, offering guests a clear sense of arrival moments from the airport.
