RETURNS
Due to the custom hand-printed nature of JILL MALEK RUGS AND WALLCOVERINGS, all sales are final. Wallpaper returns are acceptable after 14 days upon delivery, only if paper is damaged or defective in any way.

PAYMENT
Payments may me made online, by check, or by wire transfer.

SHIPPING
Most wallcoverings are drop-shipped using ups ground. DHL EXPRESS is used for international orders. rug orders are drop-shipped from india.

LEAD TIMES
If your desired wallcovering pattern or colorway is in stock, lead times are typically 1 week upon payment. For new orders that need to be printed, lead times are typically approx 2-4 weeks upon payment.

Lead time for RUG samples - approx 15-18 days plus shipping time
Lead time for finished rugs - approx 45-50 days plus shipping time

MATERIAL
Jill Malek patterns are printed on BOTH Traditional clay-coated PAPER, as well as TYPE II TEXTURED VINYLS + MYLARS. ALL RUGS are hand-woven with a cotton, wool + sark silk blend. Because sari silk is a natural product, each rug is special and unique. please expect some variation within each piece ordered.
